Jazzbyrd is available for a variety of events from Weddings and Parties to Concerts and Restaurants.
JAZZBYRD was formed in Sept 2014 bringing together a variety of jazz musicians and bands including:
Jazzbyrd Trio/Quartet: Guitar, Bass, Vocals, Drums
The Selion Swing Band: Keyboard, Bass, Drums, Also Sax, Tenor Sax, Guitar, Trumpet, Trombone, Vocals
St Peters Band: a 40 piece big band which perfoms a mixture of music from the classics, films, musicals and standard jazz for charity events, summer fetes and concerts. Celia plays 1st clarinet in this band.
JAZZBYRD will offer easy listening jazz music from the 1920's-60's for a variety of events ranging from weddings and other celebrations, to concerts and restaurant gigs featuring Celia performing vocals, clarinet and also sax with a variety of musicians in the above mentioned bands.
With about 40 players and a varied and interesting repertoire, St Peter’s Band is becoming a very popular addition to many summer events in Suffolk and Essex. As well as fetes and country shows, St Peter’s Band is becoming well known for its regular themed concerts at St Peter’s by the Waterfront.
